At Growing Light Psychiatry and Wellness, we value your time and are committed to providing thoughtful, uninterrupted care to every client. To ensure fairness and availability for all patients, we kindly ask that you honor the following scheduling policy.
Psychiatric Evaluations: Reschedules & cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations (15 minutes late or more) or missed appointments will incur a charge of $200.
Follow-up Visits: Reschedules & cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations (15 minutes late or more) or missed appointments will incur a charge of $125.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving no more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened to end at the originally scheduled time. Full session fees still apply.
Insurance does not cover late cancellation or no-show fees; clients are responsible for these charges.
