FAQs

  • Are all appointments online?

At this time, all appointments will be held virtually via video. You must be in the state of Massachusetts at the time of your appointment.

For safety purposes, virtual appointments will not be conducted while patients are driving.

  • Do we prescribe benzodiazepines?

Benzodiazepines such as Xanax, Ativan, and Klonopin may be used for short-term use when truly needed. Because of their potential for dependence, withdrawal, and side effects, they’re not part of long-term treatment plans.

For safety reasons, benzodiazepines will not be prescribed if you’re taking opioids. Our goal is to help you feel better, safely, and sustainably, using approaches that nurture long-term wellness.

Patients often use it to file insurance claims for reimbursement or to keep a personal record of the care they received. Superbills make billing clearer and help insurance companies process payments accurately.
