The Face of Growing Light

Founder | Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner & Family Nurse Practitioner
You don’t have to be in crisis to deserve support. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or unsure why things no longer feel manageable—even though they’re functioning well on the outside.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing outpatient psychiatric care to adolescents and adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and life stressors using an evidence-based and collaborative approach.
I believe effective mental health care should feel grounded, respectful, and individualized. I take time to listen, understand your full story, and work with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your life—not the other way around. When appropriate, care may include medication management, supportive therapy, and skill-building strategies to help you feel more balanced and in control.
My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you feel like yourself again—with clarity, confidence, and sustainable tools for long-term well-being.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to support you.
